Live with Kelly may soon have a new co-host as talk continues to grow that ABC is quickly narrowing down the list of replacements for the show! And according to new reports, the network already has a lead contender in mind!

According to a report from TV Line, Jeff Gordon has become ABC's top choice to replace Michael Strahan on the show.

Gordon has made several appearances on Live.

But he has kept busy over the past year as he takes on several new ventures, including his current role as a NASCAR analyst for Fox. Neither Gordon's team nor the Live team have commented on the co-host reports.

Ripa has had a rotating list of guest hosts since Strahan's dramatic exit from the show. However, the show is expected to make its final decision on Strahan's replacement sometime this summer!
