Justice Served? Jenelle Evans May Avoid Court After Assaulting Nathan Griffith’s Girlfriend

Jenelle Evans may get a break with the law! The Teen Mom 2 star could avoid facing a jury for her 3rd degree assault and battery charge in an August 2015 fight against ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith’s girlfriend.
The mother-of-two’s attorney Amy Loving requested for a jury trial so Jenelle could take the stand and explain her side of the story. But it looks like Jenelle may not have to tell her tale anymore!
“We feel confident that this will be settled before any court date,” her attorney told RadarOnline.com.

If the court date set for February 16 does happen, Amy explained how Jenelle, 24, “will not have to go in front of a jury when we settle the case.” Phew!
The drama started when Nathan brought his girlfriend Jessica Henry to his former home with Jenelle to pick up his belongings. The visit resulted in Jenelle being arrested after she threw a glass cup at Jessica’s head.
