David is not the only one in trouble with the law, and RadarOnline revealed his sister, Jessica Lenn Miller, may also be spending some time behind bars soon.

Court papers Radar obtained from the New Hanover County Clerk of Court showed that Jessica, who was issued a citation and not booked by police, was arrested for attempted larceny on August 29th. She is due in court October 27 for her punishment.
