Jenelle Evans has a lot on her plate including two custody battles, a medical crisis, and now, her boyfriend David Eason has been arrested!
RadarOnline.com exclusively learned that Jenelle’s boyfriend was arrested on March 28th and taken into custody in Castle Hayne, North Carolina.
“He was brought at 10:52 am this morning,” a spokesperson for the New Hanover County Detention Facility revealed.

According to a source, David was arrested after a run-in with his son, who “has a no contact order on him.”

The source explained that David "was in the grocery store getting juice for Kaiser when he saw his son and gave him a hug."

“His ex’s mom was with his son, not his ex, and her mom got mad and told his ex,” the source continued. “His ex contacted the police.”

The source added, “Since he was around his son, he ‘violated’ the no contact order.”
But this isn’t the first time that Jenelle’s man has gotten into trouble. On July 2, 2012, he was arrested for obtaining property by false pretenses and days later on July 19, 2012, he was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to probation.

And then he was arrested for breaking and entering, larceny, and damaging property and was convicted of the charges on October 17, 2012 and his probation was revoked. He was sentenced to a max of four months in prison, which he served from October 8, 2014 to January 1, 2015.
