Heartbreaking! Jenelle Evans revealed a sad update on Twitter regarding the custody battle she has against her mother, Barbara, over her oldest son, Jace.
"I filed for custody in Jan. 2015 and it's been constantly continued ... still is continued until next year," she tweeted out in response to a fan.
At the end of October, RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed how custody for Jace has not changed since June 10, 2010.

Due to Hurricane Matthew this past October, a court date had to be moved. “The judge is going to have a meeting of the attorneys on Friday to schedule a future court case,” an employee of the clerk’s office previously told Radar regarding the meeting, which Jenelle and Barbara do not have to attend. “There will be no outcome at the meeting.”
Back in 2010, Jenelle handed custody over to her mother due to her partying ways.
