According to the New Brunswick Clerk of Court in North Carolina, there has been no change in custody case since June 10, 2010, according to RadarOnline.com.

Due to Hurricane Matthew, the court hearing on October. 11th over custody was rescheduled. “The judge is going to have a meeting of the attorneys on Friday to schedule a future court case,” an employee of the clerk’s office told Radar of the meeting. “There will be no outcome at the meeting.”
