The battle continues! Jenelle Evans and her mother, Barbara Evans, have been at war over custody of Jace. The Teen Mom 2 star is fighting to gain primary custody back of her oldest son.
According to the New Brunswick Clerk of Court in North Carolina, there has been no change in custody case since June 10, 2010, according to RadarOnline.com.
Due to Hurricane Matthew, the court hearing on October. 11th over custody was rescheduled. “The judge is going to have a meeting of the attorneys on Friday to schedule a future court case,” an employee of the clerk’s office told Radar of the meeting. “There will be no outcome at the meeting.”
Jenelle's mother was granted primary custody of the 7-year-old back in 2010 when the Teen Mom 2 star was living a very unstable life involving arrests, drugs, and rehab.

Since Jace has been absent in many of Jenelle's photos, fans became worried. However, she told Radar exclusively, “Why do I have to report to the public when I have my son? It’s no one’s business.”
Jenelle is currently pregnant with her third child, but her first with her longtime boyfriend David Eason. They are expecting a baby girl in January 2017.
