Even though Jenelle Evans is in the midst of dealing with a horrifying medical crisis, she is still ready to give it her all during her two custody wars against her ex Nathan Griffith for her youngest son Kaiser and her mother Barbara Evans for her older son Jace.

A source close to Jenelle revealed to RadarOnline.com that she “has everything in place and the court dates have officially been set” for her custody battle against Nathan. Their son turns two this June.

Even though the pair split awhile back, she is gearing up to fight for “full custody of Kaiser” according to the source. “They are just trying to serve Nathan right now, which he doesn’t have a lawyer like he said he did and he won’t give anyone his address to be served.”

Besides prepping to fight against Nathan, Jenelle is also prepping to battle it out with her mother Barbara over Jace. “Jenelle can’t take her mom to court until May,” the source said. “May was the first date that Jenelle could get into court with the custody case for her mother. It’s because that’s the first date her lawyer could get.”

And Barbara revealed that she is aware of the upcoming battle. She even provided an update on Jace saying that he “is doing very well in school” and that “he goes to cub scouts and plays baseball.”
