Looks like this custody battle is still brewing! In a deleted scene from Monday night’s episode of Teen Mom 2, Jenelle Evans’ ex and baby daddy Nathan Griffith reveals to a pal that he believes there is child neglect going on with their son Kaiser and accuses her of still doing drugs!

“She does do drugs, I know she still smokes weed,” Nathan said to his friend in the clip. He even took a dig at her parenting saying that there is “obviously child neglect going on.”

However, a source exclusively told OKMagazine.com that Nathan’s claims are not true. “Jenelle doesn’t smoke. She quit and shared that with everyone when she went on The Doctors show,” the source said.

As for her parenting skills, “Jenelle definitely doesn’t neglect Kaiser either. Kaiser is with her 24/7 and doesn’t go to daycare and he is Jenelle’s best friend and her errand buddy. They do everything together.”

The source explained that “Nathan made those accusations about Jenelle at the time because he was uneasy with the fact that Tori lived with Jenelle at the time and she moved out in November 2015.”
