Jenelle Evans' nightmare continues. The Teen Mom 2 star is currently fighting to regain custody of her children with David Eason, by her side. In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, a legal expert revealed that divorcing him could help get her children back!

"It could only help Jenelle if she divorced David,” legal expert Monica Lindstrom exclusively told the site. “Divorce may not be enough. She would also need to kick him out.”
Lindstrom added that having him in the home “could be seen as a danger to the children."
She continued, “On the flip side, he could move out of the home for a time period while he goes through any court requirements."
On Thursday, May 16th, Jenelle appeared in court attempting to fight for her children with David right by her side. The two left holding hands.

Jenelle's son, Kaiser, was removed by CPS on Friday, May 10th.
On Wednesday, May 15th, it was reported that Ensley and Maryssa were removed. Jenelle's mother, Barbara, has full custody of her oldest son, Jace.
At the end of April 2019, David shot and killed their family dog Nugget after it allegedly "snapped" at Ensley. Shortly after, the CPS investigations started.
