Jenelle Evans' baby daddy is making moves! The Teen Mom 2 star's ex-fiance and second baby daddy, Nathan Griffith, filed for a change in their custody arrangement of their one son together, Kaiser.
A clerk for Columbus County Court to confirmed RadarOnline.com, Nathan claimed Evans’ spouse David Eason is “violent” and “a danger” to the minor child. “Plaintiff and spouse have drug dependency and substance abuse issues,” the motion read.
“Jenelle is frequently in criminal trouble and has been arrested over 20 times.” Jenelle has checked into rehab "two to three" times and has “never completed the prescribed treatment.”
According to the clerk, Nathan claimed, "the minor child in question, as well as another of the Plaintiff’s children, did test positive for THC at birth.” A source close to Jenelle denied Kaiser tested positive for THC.
Nathan is requesting primary custody of Kaiser and Jenelle to have visitation, without David there.

“Plaintiff’s spouse is prohibited from contacting the minor child,” the clerk explained.
Over the last year, Nathan has entered a relationship with his girlfriend, Ashley Lanhardt. He described Kaiser's relationship with Ashley as “significant" with a "beneficial bond.”
Nathan's filing comes just after the shocking footage of Jenelle pulling out a gun in front of her other son, Jace, during a terrifying road rage fight. As seen on Monday night's episode, when Jenelle's mother, Barbara, informed Nathan about the incident, he was speechless.
Earlier in July, Nathan called the police to report alleged abuse. According to the dad, Jenelle's husband, David, was allegedly abusing Kaiser.
