Well, this is something Teen Mom 2 fans never expected. Jenelle Evans took to Twitter to reveal that she is homeschooling her stepdaughter, Maryssa.
A spokesperson for the Non-Public Education Department of North Carolina Administration exclusively confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Jenelle completed a notice of intent to operate a home school.
Maryssa is her husband, David Eason's daughter from a previous relationship. Jenelle filed the paperwork on March 4th of 2018 and listed only one student. The name of the school is West Croft Leadership Academy.
When it comes to operating a home school, the requirements are to hold at least a high school diploma or its equivalent, send a Notice of Intent to Operate a Home School, selecting a home school name, operate the school on a regular schedule, excluding reasonable holidays and vacations, during at least nine calendar months of the year, administer a nationally standardized achievement test annually, and more, according to the Non-Public Education Department.

Jenelle made the shocking confession while attempting to blast her enemy, Kailyn Lowry. “While you’re over here podcasting away, tweeting pure bullshit about me, or posting #FakeNews… I’ll be over here homeschooling my stepdaughter and minding my business,” she tweeted.
While her tweet was meant to bash Kail, Jenelle's followers quickly bashed HER for homeschooling a child. “Who let you homeschool a child? I’m confused,” one user wrote, as a second tweeted, “Someone is allowing you to homeschool? Good lord, that poor kid.”
