Teen Mom 2 star, Jenelle Evans, broke the law and put herself in danger by smoking a cigarette while pumping gas at a North Carolina gas station on Monday.

Jenelle then headed to the courthouse with current boyfriend Kieffer Delp to face recent charges of breaking and entering and drug possession. Evans has been facing hardships as a result of her rebellious behavior, including the loss of custody of her son, Jace.
