Just last week, fans took to Jenelle's Instagram comments after spotting a "baby bump" while celebrating her daughter with husband, David Eason, Ensley's first birthday.
“Is that a baby bump I see?” one fan commented, while another wrote, “She’s def prego!”
“That def looks like a baby bump,” a fan wrote. “Omg are you pregnant again?” asked another.

One comment that was deleted and has fans freaking out, according to the site, read, “I can’t wait until you announce Baby D!” Fans speculated that 'Baby D' means Jenelle's fourth child, since it's the fourth letter in the alphabet.
