Jenna Jameson Confesses She Was Worried She Couldn't Lose Weight After Getting Sober

Jenna Jameson opened up about feeling scared that she wouldn't be able to lose the baby weight after giving birth to her daughter Batel Lu and getting sober. Keep reading to learn about the strain it had on her mental health and how she was able to drop down to a size six from a 16.
The former adult film star shared a before and after selfie on her Instagram showing a noticeable amount of weight shed off of her tattooed five-foot-seven-inch frame.
The mother of three revealed some of her fears next to the photo while also declaring that society should open a conversation about mental health, weight loss and sobriety. "I’m going to be honest with you: When I was heavy, I hated leaving the house. I felt judged. I felt eyes on me everywhere."
The 44-year-old continued, "I was disappointed in myself. I was worried I couldn’t lose the weight sober. I’m being real with you. When I was in my addiction it was easy to stay thin. Sobriety and being overweight was new to me. I kept telling myself if I could beat addiction and stay sober, I can easily lose the weight... and I did. The healthy way."

But Jenna is coming back super strong and won't let anything stand in her way of being healthy. "And as of today I can say my mental game is STRONG. I feel I can do anything, I conquered abuse, addiction, PTSD and depression. Thank you for listening."
She attributed her healthy lifestyle to the popular keto diet that calls for a high protein, low-carb and high-fat foods.
