Keto Warrior Jenna Jameson Reveals She Fell Off The Wagon — 'We All Do It'

Jenna Jameson has shed more than 80 pounds since going on the keto diet in March 2018 but she revealed on Instagram on Sunday, July 14, that she recently had a slip. The adult film star confessed to a recent string of unhealthy eating and vowed to get back on the wagon.
Jenna, 45, adopted the low-carb, high-fat lifestyle in an attempt to regain her pre-baby body after giving birth to daughter Batel Lu, 2.
The diet worked so well that she lost more than 80 pounds in six months. However, she temporarily stopped adhering to the regime when she moved to Hawaii in May 2019.
"Let’s talk jumping back on the wagon after losing control and eating like a crazed banshee. We all do it. There are no exceptions. All the health gurus and fitness bada**es do it. But how do we get the wherewithal to begin again? For me, it comes in the form of wanting to feel my best. I know I’m not perfect and my willpower isn’t iron clad, but I DO know I will never give up!" she wrote on a before-and-after photo on social media.

She continued, "It’s important to know that no matter how long you fall off, you can always jump back on the horse! It’s ok to feel discouraged, disappointed and downright pissed. Channel that into positivity and know there are so many on this journey right along with you! Love you guys!"
Since returning to keto and intermittent fasting, Jenna has noticed a difference both mentally and physically. She doesn't consume anything but water, tea, and black coffee between the hours of 6 p.m and 11 a.m.
"I’ve noticed a flatter tummy and tighter skin, not to mention better concentration," Jenna noted on July 11.
