Battle On: Jennie Garth Responds To Estranged Husband Dave Abrams' Divorce Filing

Jennie Garth has responded to her estranged husband Dave Abrams’ divorce filing, where the famed television actress asked the courts to deny him of any spousal support.
Jennie and Dave wed on July 11th, 2015 only three months after getting engaged earlier that year.
He filed for divorce back in early April this year after news broke that the couple was taking time apart.
Now the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star has responded to his filing, as she listed irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split in her own filing on Thursday in Los Angeles County. Their date of separation is listed as August 29th, 2017.

She also asked for the court to terminate any ability he may have of requesting spousal support.
Jennie also said that he should not be able to make a claim as he signed a prenuptial agreement before they got married.
