The 44-year-old wore a striped t-shirt which showcased a bumpy midsection, further fueling rumors she’s expecting.
Sources told OK! that Ben and Jen are working through their relationship issues in therapy, though their rep denies that they’re back together.

Affleck and Garner famously paired their wedding announcement with pregnancy news in 2005.
They were also rumored to have been on the verge of splitting until Jen became pregnant with their third child Samuel in 2010.
