Just one week after it was reported that Jennifer Garner was gearing up to finalize her divorce from Ben Affleck, the actress and her daughter, Seraphina, were photographed looking brave and happy.
The mother-daughter duo stepped out in Brentwood, CA on Tuesday grinning ear-to-ear.
Sporting black leggings and an oversized sweater, Garner held on tightly to Seraphina's hand as she took her to school during the sunny LA day.

Us Weekly reported last week that Garner was planing on filing official paperwork but no exact date or information had been given. It has been nearly two years since the couple announced their split.
Affleck also reportedly moved out of the couple's Pacific Palisades home, which they purchased together in 2009 for just over $17m.
