Jennifer Lopez sure knows how to throw a party. The pop star celebrated her 50th birthday at Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s gorgeous estate on Star Island in Miami on July 24. The celebration was complete with fireworks, a giant cake, and dancing all night long.
Jenny From The Block rocked a metallic dress with cutouts and a long slit on the side of one leg. Her long hair style half up, half down.
Her fiancé, former MLB player Alex Rodriguez donned a suit and tie for the celebration. He posted the sweetest message for the songstress on July 24.
Guests were graced with performances by Ashanti, Stevie Mackey, Pia Toscano, Jennifer’s daughter Emme, and the "On The Floor" singer herself. DJ Cassidy and DJ Don Hot deejayed the party and kept the crowed dancing for hours.
Jennifer’s birthday cake was larger than life. Each layer was intricately decorated with black and gold frosting and finishes.
The party of the decade also featured fireworks, towers of champagne glasses, and personalized cocktails to honor J-Lo on her milestone birthday.
The “Waiting For Tonight” singer took to Instagram in the wee hours of the morning on July 25 to share a clip as the crowd danced the night away. She captioned the video, “A lil bday turnup.” Guess our invites got lost in the mail!
