Jennifer Lopez Shows Off Her Hard Earned Abs Amid 'No Sugar, No Carbs' Diet

Jennifer Lopez is in better shape than ever! After revealing she’s on a strict 10-day “No Sugar, No Carbs” diet, the Second Act actress was spotted showing off her impressive abs as she headed to the gym on Thursday, January 24.
The 49-year-old looked determined to take on a challenging workout while she walked briskly into the gym in a fun pair of leggings.
She opted to wear a colorful pair of graphic leggings and ditched a t-shirt for a light purple sports bra.
The World of Dance judge, who always manages to make any ensemble look good, showed off her rock solid abs and accessorized with a bright yellow Hermes Birkin tote bag.

She completed her look with a pair of simple white sneakers and classic dark lensed Aviator sunglasses.
On January 21, J Lo and her boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez, vowed to go without any carbs or sugar for 10-days. On January 23, she posted a video on Instagram asking her fans to join in on the fun.
"This 10-day challenge is starting to get lonely, so we’re challenging YOU! Join us ? 10 days, NO sugar, NO carbs, are you up for the challenge?" she wrote.
