Jennifer Lopez made the whole world scream in delight when she revived her iconic green Versace gown she wore to the 2000 Grammy Awards. She closed the Spring/Summer 2020 Versace show during Milan Fashion Week on September 20 and worked the runway while wearing the vintage frock.
Jennifer, 50, wore a slightly more naked version on the emerald green dress and strutted the catwalk like she owned it!
At the end of the show, Donatella Versace asked Google's Alexa to show her the dress from the Hustlers star's 2000s Grammy red carpet look. That's when Jennifer proceeded to stomp her way onto the runway.
Queen Donatella herself appeared and then then walked hand-in-hand with Jennifer around the screaming fans after receiving quite the standing ovation.
The "On The 6" singer posted a video of herself from the show and captioned it, "So this just happened... @donatella_versace #jungledress @versace #stillgoingstrong #20yearanniversary #catwalk."
"For the Spring-Summer 2020 Collection, Versace honors an iconic moment when fashion and culture became a catalyst for technological progress. Passionate for constant innovation, Chief Creative Officer, @donatella_versace uses the latest technology—the Google Assistant—to call for @jlo wearing the Jungle dress on the runway, creating yet another unforgettable, Google-worthy Versace moment. #MFW #VersaceSS20," the brand's official Instagram shared next to a photo of Jennifer.
As some fans may know, the mother of two's famous ensemble was the cause of the creation of Google Images. At the time, so many fans were searching for photos of the dress after the award show, it inspired the tech giant to create Google Images.
Jennifer attended the 2000 Grammy Awards with then-boyfriend Sean Combs. The performer presented the Best R&B Album award with actor David Duchovny. She was nominated for a Best Dance Recording for her hit single "Let's Get Loud."
Other supermodels like Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Irina Shayk, Amber Valletta and Kaia Gerber also sashayed around the catwalk for the Versace show.
