The big celebration will take place in Miami on her 50th birthday on Wednesday, July 24.
Umar Kamani, founder of fashion brand Pretty Little Thing, is the one who is reportedly throwing her bash.
He is planning on making it a lavish gold-and-white themed beach party with a budget around one million dollars.
