Jennifer Lopez may be in a new relationship with Alex Rodriguez, but that doesn’t mean she’s too busy to spend time with her family! The Bronx native took time out from her romance with A-Rod to get back to her roots in New York City over the weekend, where she went for a stroll with her daughter, Emme, and sister, Lynda. And while Alex was no where to be seen during the day out, he might never have been far from the singer’s mind — Jennifer couldn’t tear her eyes away from her phone while out with her fam!
During their walk through the city, J. Lo. rocked a beanie, sweatpants, and even heels! It was a look only the Shades of Blue star could pull off.
Jen and her sister definitely seem like a close pair — they barely let go of each other as they strolled!

But once they reached a crosswalk, Jennifer got distracted by her cell and barely took her eyes off it as they crossed the street!
It looks like a bodyguard kept a close watch on Jen’s daughter Emme at the busy intersection as her mom zoned in on her phone.
