Jersey Shore star Mike Sorrentino aka The Situation has really turned his life around since he first appeared on the hit MTV reality TV show. Just one month before his prison sentence for tax fraud and evasion, he's now celebrating more than two years sober!
"28 Months Clean & Sober," he wrote on Instagram underneath a photo of his Narcotics Anonymous medallion. "Here is MY 2 Year Medallion. We Do Recover"
However, it's not all rainbows and butterflies for The Situation right now. He's just one month away from his June prison sentence for tax fraud and evasion.
Jersey Shore fans know that Mike has had issues with drinking and drugs for a long time now. He credits his recent turn-around to his fiancé Lauren Pesce.

It's unclear, however, how their relationship will survive if the reality TV star goes off to prison.
In addition to his legal battles, Mike's been dealing with a lot of family issues, too as he and his brother Maximo had a major falling out. "We have real drama," his sibling previously told RadarOnline.com.
