Jessa Duggar dropped a shocking confession on fans, but despite her honesty, fans aren’t exactly sure she’s speaking the truth!

Jessa took to Instagram on Monday, October 1, to tell fans they had to watch the season finale of Counting On because it was her favorite episode ever: the wedding of her brother Josiah and his wife-to-be Lauren.
“Tune in tonight at 9/8c on TLC for the season finale of #CountingOn! THIS IS SERIOUSLY MY FAV EP EVER— and I’m not just saying that,” Jessa wrote. “This one’s got all the feels! You will laugh and you will cry, so have the tissue box ready.”

Jessa has 18 siblings and has witnessed 6 weddings (aside from her own), so it was shocking to see her actually confess she had a favorite wedding! Fans thought it was a bizarre post, especially since Jessa doesn’t normally comment on the show on Instagram.
Fans theorized Jessa was trying to amp up viewership. “Ratings are slipping maybe?” one fan guessed. Plus, fans reasoned if any wedding would be Jessa’s favorite, it would be her own!
“I would've thought her wedding and honeymoon episodes were her favorites,” one fan wrote. Said another fan, “She said this in the episode too, that this wedding was by far her favorite. I just...objectively CANNOT see how that can be the case, lol.”
