A VERY Pregnant Jessica Alba Shows Off Her INTENSE Workout Moves

Jessica Alba may have a baby on the way, but that isn’t stopping the actress from keeping in shape! The Honest Company founder took to Instagram on Thursday to prove that despite being pregnant with her third child, she’s still putting in her time at the gym — and isn’t slacking! In a series of videos Jess posted on her Instagram story, she showed herself lifting weights, running on the treadmill, and even battling ropes! Click through to see Jess’ impressive moves!
Jess started off her workout routine with a quick warm-up on the treadmill. “Bump at the gym,” she captioned the pic.
Next, Jess did some wall sits, but she upped the ante by resting against a ball and holding weights at the same time! No shortcuts for this girl.
As if that wasn’t enough, Jess battled ropes, too. She’s working every part of her body!
Jess then worked on her lunges. No wonder she’s got such amazing legs!
She went back to upper body strengthening with a few face pulls!
