Simpson has been keeping extremely busy over the past few months with her fashion empire and her two children, Maxwell Drew and Ace Knute, with her husband, Eric Johnson!
But the supermom still found some time to relax with a Mexico getaway.
And she had no trouble showing off her curves while taking in a little sun!
