OK! Exclusive: Jessica Simpson’s Leaving Hollywood!

Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson are moving on up – up the California coast that is! A source exclusively tells OK! that the business mogul and her ex-NFL player beau are looking to put down roots in San Francisco.

“They love the west coast, but L.A. gets a little too intense and old hat after a while so they’re ready to purchase a second home for the family,” says the insider.

“San Fran’s one of their favorite places on earth, and they figure it’s a perfect place to take the kids for summer vacations as well as weekends when they all fancy a change of pace,” the source tells OK!.

While the move may prove costly, the insider says they’re not worried about relocation costs.

“Money’s not really an object since Jessica’s so loaded right now it’s ridiculous, but they’re not looking at anything spectacular,” the source reveals. “Just a nice spacious place in the $15 or $20 million range, with a garden and a pool.”

Jessica, Eric and their two children, Maxwell and Ace, currently live in Hidden Hills, California, and they actually bought their ranch style home from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.
