Pregnancy hasn’t been very nice to Jessica Simpson the third time around. On January 10, the 38-year-old singer posted a shocking picture of her extremely swollen foot.
“Any remedies?! Help!!!!” she wrote in the caption, seemingly at her wits end.
Luckily, her followers flooded her comments section with tip and remedies. “Lots of foot massages with ginger oil helps,” one user suggested.
“Pressure stockings as soon as you wake up. I hated having to wear them but they kept my legs from swelling,” another person told her.
Someone else wrote, “Parsley is a great natural diuretic. Try parsley tea to reduce sodium.”

“Oh goodness! Bless you! Pregnancies are SO HARD especially the older we are!” one follower wrote, sympathizing with the fashion designer. “I had same experience with my 3rd baby which was in my late 30’s. Take it easy, drink water, keep your feet up!!! Love and prayers to you!”
“Go seee the doctor ASAP,” one person urged. “Possible preeclampsia, I’ve been there.. not good for baby or mom.”
Jessica, who announced her pregnancy back into September 2018, is already mom to daughter Maxwell Drew, 6, and son Ace Knute, 5.
