Jessica Simpson put on a brave face as she took her children to a farmer’s market this weekend. It was hard to tell that the singer and fashion designer was recently dealt with a family tragedy.
As Okmagazine.com previously reported, Jessica’s father Joe was diagnosed with prostate cancer. According to People magazine, Joe underwent surgery for the cancer and the procedure went well.
Just days before the news was revealed, Jessica had supposedly locked herself in an airplane bathroom during a flight from New York to Los Angeles.

However, it seems as though Jessica is trying to add some normalcy back into her life by spending time with her family, and a cute family it is!
Daughter Maxwell clearly has her mom’s flair for fashion, as she rocked a multicolor fur coat. Jess’ hubby Eric Johnson was on hand as well to enjoy the family outing.
