Smiling was no problem for Jessica Simpson on Thursday in NYC as she walked the red carpet for a cause she's very happy to help! Jessica attended the 20100 Operation Smile annual gala and hugged smiles out of Operation Smile Patient Meena. Even though Jess's best friend Ken Paves wasn't far away from her side, it looks like she found a new red carpet friend!
