“Jessica definitely looks bigger,” Dr. Michael Salzhauer aka Dr. Miami who has not treated Simpson, told OKMagazine.com. “Most likely silicone implants. I know she's had babies, so perhaps she needed the implants to fill in and lift up her post-baby breasts."
