Jill Duggar continues to rebel against her upbringing. In an Instagram post, the former Counting On star revealed she allows this forbidden Duggar item in her home — and around her kids!

On New Year’s Eve, Jill shared a photo of her family in a living room. Her son Israel stood by the coffee table, while her younger son Samuel played on the floor with his grandmother Cathy Dillard. Jill’s husband Derick Dillard sat beside her on the couch.
While most fans wished Jill and her family a happy new year, others couldn’t help but notice the TV playing in the background!

“Wow you let a TV in your house? I am shocked. But have to say it’s normal,” one fan commented.
“So happy to see a TV in the background,” said another, adding, “Also glad to see Miss Cathy playing with her grandsons. Happy New Years!!!!"
Jill grew up without a TV on the Duggar compound. Running into violent or sexual TV programs is too much of a risk for the conservative family.
While fans were excited to see a TV in the room, another fan suggested the photo may have been taken at Grandma Cathy's house. But it doesn't mean Jill doesn't have her own TV!
Derick previously hinted the family may have one. When a Twitter follower asked him last month, “Why don’t you guys get a TV?” Derick replied, “How do you know we don’t have one?”
