Woah. Jill Duggar just made a blog post and shared all the details about her sex life with husband Derick Dillard! The former Counting On star also encouraged her fans to have fun in the bedroom at least 3-4 times a week. Scroll through for more details.
Jill, 28, made a blog post on Dillard Family on June 3 titled, “More Than Sex: How To Love Your Husband.” Despite the headline, her first piece of advice was “have sex often!”
She wrote, “You both need this time together regularly (3-4 times a week is a good start. lol). And when you may not be able to actually have intercourse for a period of time or for health issues, find other ways to have fun and be intimate.”
The mom-of-two added, “Let your spouse know that you’re always available.”
The former Counting On star also warned about getting intimate alone. She told fans, “Guard against fulfilling sexual desires alone. Be open with your spouse about your desires and change things up to keep it exciting!”

Jill also told her fans to make sure they always “look nice” for their husbands, put in the extra effort in their glam routine, “get new lingerie,” and pack on the PDA whenever you get a chance!

They added, "I realize it is written from a woman’s perspective. I’d like to see what Derrick’s blog would read on maintaining a healthy relationship with your spouse.”
Another similarly wrote, “Many a wife carry the bulk of the weight of the relationship. And after years of being emotionally neglected it takes a huge toll. Not just emotionally but also physically. I believe your advice is well intended but it does not work in most marriages. It takes TWO to make a thing go right...”
