Duggar fans are getting tired of Jill Duggar and her husband Derick Dillard declaring their love for each other on social media! When Jill praised Derick on Instagram, and he replied with a gushing tweet, fans wondered if the couple was trying to publicly cover up a not-so-perfect private relationship.
On Monday, Oct. 29, Jill shared a selfie on Instagram of her and her hubby. In the gushing post, Jill called Derick the “man of my dreams” and said he was “at the top of my list” when she counts her blessings.
Fans were shocked by the post and couldn’t believe Jill didn’t consider her two children, Israel and Samuel, her number one blessings. “Your children should be at the top of your list!!” a fan slammed.
Derick took to Twitter to respond to his wife’s PDA post. “Ah, I’m blessed beyond measure by you babe, and I’ll love you forever! Thanks for being the best wife and mom to our boys! We all love you so much!” he tweeted.
Fans seemingly rolled their eyes at the couple’s public lovey dovey exchange. “What’s up with the adolescent declarations of love?” a fan asked.

“Don’t you guys live together? Why take to social media?” a fan asked, adding, “Last time I checked you were adults. If you are trying to convince yourselves and your fans that you are madly in love, it’s not working.”
Another fan theorized this is Jill’s way of sticking up for Derick after his transphobic Twitter rant got the couple kicked off Counting On. “Jill wants to send a message that she agrees with Derick’s attacks on the LGBTQ community, but still wants to be seen as ‘sweet,’” the follower claimed.
