Jill Duggar is due is in just a few weeks and to celebrate her impending delivery, the reality star and her hubby, Derick Dillard, went on quite the romantic babymoon. However, that’s not all the couple had to celebrate, as their babymoon fell on their third wedding anniversary! What a way to celebrate three years of happy and healthy marriage!
