Jill posted this selfie of herself wearing a blue tank top with the quote, “Do it again, Lord,” written on it.
Jill revealed she was wearing the shirt in honor of her friend Molly, who is battling cancer. “We continue to uplift and pray for Molly (& fam!) as she goes through chemo, then stem cell treatments later this week! Love you Molly!” Jill wrote.
Fans were surprised that Jill supported her friend’s stem cell treatments, a controversial topic for some conservative Christians. “Did she say stem cell treatment??” one fan wrote. “I’m surprised she would openly support it, even though it’s the best treatment for her friend, it’s still a controversial topic among Christians. Good for you @jillmdillard.”

While Jill faces a lot of backlash on Instagram these days — thanks to her husband Derick Dillard’s transphobic tweets and her unusual recipes — fans were actually supportive this time and offered to say some prayers of their own for her friend.
