Is Jill Duggar pregnant? Some fans think so! When the former Counting On star shared a photo of herself with a shopping bag covering her stomach, followers speculated the mom of two was trying to hide a baby bump!

Jill, 27, posted this photo with her cousin Amy at her clothing store. Fans thought Jill held the 3130 shopping bag suspiciously high.

“Hmm is Jill hiding a baby bump?” one fan asked. Another agreed, “Hiding a bump?”

As OK! readers know, several Duggar women are currently pregnant, including Amy. Plus, Jill’s sisters and sisters-in-law Jessa, Kendra, Anna, Joy-Anna and Lauren are all expecting.

“Maybe she’s gonna pull a Kylie Jenner’s hide it till the baby is here,” one follower joked. As OK! readers know, Kylie never confirmed she was pregnant until after her daughter, Stormi, was born in February 2018.

Jill and husband Derick Dillard already have two children, sons Israel and Samuel. Jill has said she’s open to more children, even to adopting!
