Joe Alwyn doesn’t regret his decision to keep his relationship with Taylor Swift out of the spotlight.
In his feature interview for Esquire, the actor admitted he never doubted or sought outside help for his romantic life with the pop star. “I didn’t seek out advice on that,” he said. “Because I know what I feel about it.”
“I think there’s a very clear line as to what somebody should share, or feel like they have to share,” the Boy Erased star insisted. “And what they don’t want to and shouldn’t have to.”
It’s no secret that he and the “Delicate” singer have kept an extremely low profile, even after being together for over a year. According to a source, the UK native is committed to maintaining their privacy.

Keeping their romance away from prying eyes may have been the best decision. The insider told US Weekly that Taylor is “the happiest she’s even been” in her relationship with Joe.
“He has really showed her a different lifestyle and the value of privacy,” the source explained. “He’s very supportive of her career. Taylor is so much happier without her personal life in the open. She credits Joe for that and realizes how much better off she is.”
