RadarOnline reported the 43-year-old arrived for his 41-month prison sentence for fraud charges "completely wasted," a source said. "He was a total mess."

Prison officials noticed his intoxicated state and immediately took action against the reality star. "They couldn't believe he made a mockery of the court by immediately breaking the rules," the source told Radar.

However, OK! reported that his sentence could get shortened by five months for good behavior, but it looks like things have been going wrong since the start for Joe.
