They were both all smiles as they held hands leaving the restaurant.

Earlier this month, the pair was seen on an adorable double date with Joe's brother Nick and his fiancé Priyanka Chopra at the U.S. Open. 

Sophie and Joe were all over each other, smooching it up during the game.
