Amber Heard is calling it quits with her husband of over a year, Johnny Depp! The actress made shocking demands in the divorce papers and it's pretty clear, she wants him to pay up!
In documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the 30-year-old actress filed for divorce on Monday in Los Angeles and claimed they officially split on May 22, 2016.

She cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason of their split and asked the court to have her 52-year-old soon-to-be ex-husband to pay her spousal support. However, she wants to be let off the hook for paying him any kind of support. Also, she is seeking for him to pay her attorneys fees.

The documents also said that “assets and debts are unknown at this time,” but will be settled at a later date.

The former couple have attended recent events separately and back in February, Johnny hinted towards trouble in an acceptance speech.

“I also have to thank my wife Amber for putting up with me, for living with all these characters, which can’t be easy,” he said when he accepted the Desert Palm Achievement Award at the Palm Springs International Film Festival. “It’s hard for me; it’s got to be hard for her.”

Amber's own family was unaware that she planned on divorcing Johnny. When her father, David Heard was contacted by RadarOnline.com, he said, “I have no idea about that!”
