They are making it work! Although it seemed like the end of the road for Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt, the two have rekindled their romance!
“Jon did and still does rely on Jennifer,” a source told Star magazine. The two were last spotted as a couple back in 2015 during a red carpet appearance, but then split in early September.
At the time, they said in a statement, “With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history. We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible moving forward.”

And though they went their separate ways in September, they did reunite two months later to attend an event in New York City. So it seemed like a reunion was only a matter of time.
Plus, neither Jon nor Jennifer had a different partner while they were separated, which is a telltale sign that they were not over each other.
