Though the pair officially went public back in June, a source told People that they had been dating privately “for months.”
They were spotted on dates throughout June and had just taken a romantic vacation to Eiza’s native Mexico for the 4th of July.
However, the source revealed that ultimately “their work schedules were tough on the relationship.”

As OK! readers remember, Josh was previously married to Fergie for eight years. They split back in September of last year; Eiza was his first relationship after the divorce.
Though they couple had been “spending more time together” and it seems as though they weren’t able to find a balance.
