The NewNowNext Awards were held last night in Hollywood to celebrate the hottest newest stars and Kelly Osbourne, who continues to rise in fame, was the grand hostess of it all.

With performances by Adam Lambert, Neon Trees and Rye Rye, the audience was filled with stars from Glee and Revenge, as well as The Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson, The Vampire Diaries' Kat Graham, Perez Hilton (showing off his new physique!) and so many more.
