Joy-Anna Duggar is sharing her weight loss journey with fans! 10 months after giving birth to her son Gideon, the Counting On star took to Instagram to share how she’s dropped the baby weight — and why she feels better than ever!

In her story, Joy told fans, “A couple of months ago I really wanted to hit hard and just lose this baby weight, and I tried exercising, I tried dieting.”

However, Joy admitted, “Nothing was really working.”

Joy-Anna turned to her friend Jessica for help. The mother-of-eight had lost 47 pounds and “feels amazing” and “has so much energy.”

“So, I know her, I saw her results, and I was like, ‘I wanna do it,’” Joy explained.

Thanks to her friend’s help, Joy says she’s “already gotten down to my pre-pregnancy weight” and continues to lose weight. “I just feel so good,” Joy told fans.
Joy then encouraged followers to reach out to Jessica for help as well.
Joy and her husband Austin Forsyth welcomed Gideon in February. Based on a few photos, some fans thought Joy could be expecting baby number two, and she even addressed the speculation!
