“Jules started screaming at Michael early this morning,” the source said. “She was yelling at him, ‘I’m going to get you out of this house, just watch.’ She was livid.”
The source continued, “He jumped out of the shower and got the phone back from her. Jules started screaming, ‘You hit me!'” The source said that Jules then placed the 911 call. But the source added that Michael ended up leaving the house to take their son, Jagger, to camp. “She has a history of calling 9-1-1 in front of the kids,” the source said.
The incident report on the fight said, “She stated her and her husband had a verbal argument. He began video recording her with his phone. He grabbed her by the arm and twisted it while he was standing on her feet so she could not move.” Officer Muniz said that Michael’s actions were “deemed harassment.” However, the officer also explained that Michael would not be arrested since they “did not constitute a crime because harassment isn’t a violation.” Jules previously called police on her husband on June 16. And the source told RadarOnline.com that Jules’ latest incident may play a role in the couple’s upcoming court hearing. “This is an attempt by Jules to paint a picture that she lives in a violent home for the judge for the hearing in September,” the source said.
People reported on Thursday that Jules was granted a temporary restraining order against Michael after going to court on Wednesday. A source speaking to People said that Jules’ request for the order came after the fight at the exes’ apartment on Wednesday morning! "Unlike her soon-to-be ex-husband and his lawyer, Jules will not use the press to discuss her divorce proceedings,” a rep for Jules told the publication. "She is concerned about the welfare and privacy of their children and feels that is what a courtroom is for. They're due in court very soon."
