Double-congratulations to actress Julie Bowen and hubby Scott Phillips, who welcomed a set of twin boys into the world on Friday.
The 39-year-old beauty gave birth to sons Gus and John early this morning. They are the second and third kids for the Boston Legal star and her husband of nearly five years. Julie and Scott are already the proud parents of son Oliver, who celebrated his second birthday in April.
