Justin Bieber Provides Relief to Flood Victims

Not only does he have a perfect swoop of fine brown hair, big, doe-soft eyes and a grin that wins every time, but Justin Bieber is also interested in helping out communities in need. The teen heartthrob presented a check yesterday to  The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee for Flood Relief at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, taking the time to meet and greet his fans as well.
