Justin Bieber Shuts Down Selena Gomez Speculation 'Once And For All'
April 26 2019, Published 5:13 p.m. ET
After Justin Bieber posted a video on his Instagram story mocking a publication for spelling his name wrong, eagle eye fans noticed a video of Selena Gomez’s 2019 Coachella performance in his Google search history — which spiked quite the rant. Scroll through for all the details.
Justin, 25, proceeded to clear up the misunderstanding in a series of comments somewhere on Instagram.
The star explained that he wasn’t searching for Selena’s performance of “Taki Taki” with Cardi B, DJ Snake and Ozuna deliberately, but that it popped up as a related video after he and wife Hailey Baldwin watched a video of his own gig at the music festival with Ariana Grande on April 21.
“I have nothing to hide. I didn’t know it was there and I didn’t think twice and still don’t because I have nothing to hide," he reportedly wrote in screenshots taken by fans.
“Obviously she’s going to be in the related category, it literally was the next video that played…to fans and people who think I’m maliciously trying to start s**t, grow up,” he added.

"Please stop reading into things so much and making something out of nothing,” the “Sorry” singer continued. “This idea that I secretly plot on opening my history thing purposefully and zoom out just enough, so you can see Selena’s name is crazy.”
“These are real lives you guys are talking about, real emotions,” Justin wrote. “Stop acting like you know anything about anything…go to school, read your books, and focus on your own personal life."
The A-lister finalized his thoughts with a few parting words for his fans. “People have their own fantasies about how they think my life should go,” he said. “This ends here. I will never re-engage with this again but I had to set the record straight once and for all. We are adults, we're not playing games. There's always going to be something."
Justin’s social media rant comes just a few hours before his wife, Hailey, 22, took to her own Instagram story to slam the “delusional” and “obsessive strangers.”
